ERP (Enterprise Release Planning) refers to a comprehensive software that allows centralized management of the entire range of corporate operations from purchasing of raw materials to product delivery on a real-time basis. Since inventory status can be determined on a real-time basis, replies to inquiries can be made instantaneously.  In addition, even if a certain product is not in inventory, the next scheduled shipment can be determined immediately making it possible to instantaneously reply to inquiries. Although we have already acquired HACCP certification with respect to a certain type of product, in the future, we intend to combine an R/3 quality control module with HACCP techniques with the aim of realizing a system that enables quality control data for each product to be optimally controlled at all times for our customers. Suggestions and services that result in the greatest satisfaction for each of our customers are comprehensively realized in the form of CRM based on the vast amount of customer information accumulated with R/3, request and inquiries from customers, as well as information relating to product marketability and future potential.
