This product is produced by coating powdered products with bonito extract, thereby making it possible to seal in the inherent flavor of bonito. This allows the obtaining of cooking broth that produces a deep, rich flavor while only using a small amount.

These are produced by purifying and concentrating extracts from raw materials (ingredients) enabling us to deliver the flavor of these ingredients in their original form.

These extracts are produced by extracting and concentrating cooking broth from dried bonito, dried souda bonito, dried mackerel, and dried sardines. These can be used as bases for noodle soup, sauces and prepared foods, and can also be used for seasoning.

Materials are blended to achieve a proper balance between their characteristic flavors. The use of dierent production technologies makes it possible to adjust the flavor and aroma produced according to preferences, allowing the creation of a unique flavor.

Sterile Filled Cooking Broth

Cooking broth that retains its original flavor can be used easily by RO membrane concentration and UHT sterilization without the use of extraction equipment. There are no additives or articial flavorings used in these products.
