■Founded: First Year of the Meiji Period (1868) Following the development of the Yaizu dried bonito standard form, that technology was freely propagated throughout the country, after which we have continued to deploy our business for more than 130 years based on the key phrase of "technical innovation" as a specialized manufacturer of extract.

1922: Received an award at the Peace Commemorative Exhibition
1980: Presented with the "Fisheries Agency Director's Award" at the National Marine Products Processed Food Exhibit of the 19th Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Festival
1981: Presented with the "Outstanding Inventor Award" by the governor of Shizuoka prefecture
1986: Presented with the "Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Industry Promotional Achievement Award" by the governor of Shizuoka prefecture
1988: "Yellow Ribbon Medal" presented  to fourth generation president,  Zenpachi Muramatsu
1993: Presented with the "29th Food Industry  Achievement Award" by the Japan Food Journal
1995: Presented with the "Post-war 50th Anniversary Food Industry Contribution Award" by the Japan Food Journal
1997: Presented with the "Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award" by the General Quality Council of the Japan Marine Products Processors Association.
